We apologize for the delay with communication, this happened because we had to redistribute part of the tasks between managers. We suspended sending for a few days while the artbooks were packing.This allowed us to perform additional checks and discover that several advanced core boxes (sets without artbooks) which should have already been sent were in fact on a different sending list. Now all the lists are in order and we are ready to answer your questions again.
Unfortunately, due to the situation with the Russian attack on our country, all logistics services are running slower than usual. We're sorry that we can't send packages faster, but we can guarantee that each package will be delivered to the backer.
Friends we had a delay in part of the shipments due to an unprinted artbook.
But it was printed now! It remains only to cut and bind the pages.
We are expecting ready artbooks in our storehouse at the beginning of next week.
The distribution of the remaining parcels will begin immediately after that.
